I own a small 310 sq foot apt in NYC and I'm tiered of the college kid thing, thought I would post here to see if any small eco friendly adults are looking for an apt.. Lets enter AT small cool contest for 2009 together. Apt is on 85th and 2nd has a loft bed 11 ft plus ceilings, brickwall and soon to be had upgraded kichen and bath.perfect for design professionals creativity. rent is $1575 per month no fee but co-op application- email me if interested at stephanie@31islandview.com
to qualify you must make 75K per yr or more, or no more then 28% of expenses with other debt.
