Realizing this may be a difficult request....Is there any way possible to obtain/purchase the specs of the fireplace featured in the original NSBH (page 74) including soffit depth over the fireplace, hearth depth, cantelever depth, granite surround measurements and adjacent wall dimensions. Any advice/feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!

The specs for the fireplace are included in the house plan, which can be found at Healthy Home Plans. If you give the folks at HHP a call, they might be able to work with you. Their number is (800)657-8116.

Thank you very much for you help! We actually purchased a plan from this company a few years ago, so I am familiar with them. Do you know which house name/plan I should be referring to when I contact them?
