I love the flooring showed in the "Home By Design" Book, page 116 and would love to put in my model timber frame home, which we are building now. Is it concrete? Can we talk to the builder to find specifics?

The house on page 116 was designed by architect Gary Furman of Austin, TX. Sarah says that the flooring is concrete with a color wash. We unfortunately do not have specifics. You would need to contact the architect for those.
