We just finished a full remodel of a 1936 cottage on Lake Sammamish in Bellevue WA. We have it listed for sale. We followed many of Sarah Susanka's Not So Big books ideas. Following her advice helped us to create a small and cozy space that feels large and is practical as far as storage in creative spaces, built in features, etc.

Can I ask a personal question....what was the cost for the design/consulting or did you use your own???

Thanks in advance,

Well, my husband is a residential builder and is incredibly creative and so he/we did it ourselves, so all it cost was our time and efforts. Plus building supplies of course.
