Are there any not so big homes for sale in upstate New York?

What part of upstate NY? There is at least one for sale right now in Lake Placid.

I live in New Hartford NY which is south of Utica NY and would consider homes in other parts of NY State. Pls provide info on home in Lake Placid such as: number of BR,Baths,age & price. Is the home available for inspection on a weekday?
