We have just finished a slightly-revised version of Family Tradition and sold it in 3 days for the list price--with no contingencies! If we had been planning to stay in the city, I would have loved to have lived in the house and will share pictures with anyone interested in building it. Attached is the kitchen, with padouk and maple cabinets, etc. It was an incredible design adventure.
