We are considering building the "Back to Basics" house in Northwestern Washington state. We would love to hear from anyone who is living in a home with this plan. Does it really "live large," or feel larger than it is, since the kitchen, dining and living rooms are open to one another?

I love the concept, but sometimes when we show the plan to people all they say is "gee, this looks pretty small..."

Thank you in advance for any feedback you can give us!
