After searching for months, we kept coming back to this plan. We plan to build it next year at Penn National, a golf retirement community near Gettysburg. Any experience building this house?
Would anyone want to share? Since garage must be on the right side (SE), would you reverse it or move garage beside dining room. Thank you.

I have built this house using prefabricated SIP walls (energy efficient, new technology walls).
