Now that I've got my house exactly the way I like it, I need to sell it. Bummer, but also exciting, because I get to start a new project! The new one is pretty beat up with some serious damage from water coming in at the exterior window sills, but the interior has original 1938 trim.

I find I need to sell because my business no longer fits in the house, and expansion isn't possible. It's definately a Not-So-Big - 1400 sf with built-ins everywhere I found a few extra inches and charm in abundance. Where? Portsmouth, NH Current asking is $324k. MLS is 2605598
