I have a lightly sloped, treed lot East of Anchorage. Site allows for first story with a territorial view - Second story looks due West with beautiful view over the trees to downtown Anchorage and mountains beyond. I wish to put the main floor and master on the second floor - garage, entry and 2 bedrooms on lower floor.

There are almost no plans available that I can find with this arrangment. Does any one have a recommended site or search parameters that would help me?

Thanks,

Alaskakurt

Have a Residential Designer or Architect design a plan the fits your site and life style. View the home professionals directory on this site. In the long run you will be much happier with your plans.

Check this one out:

This is a fully "upside down house" with garage at lowest, then bedrooms, then living quarters. It was also designed for a very restricted lot - so if you have more room it would be very easy to combine the lower two levels.
