I am looking for some good Home Plans for a new house that I intend to build. Are there any online credible resources for good home plans / house plans / blueprints. I don't mind purchasing one, if it is worth it.

You might want to go to www.slhouseplans.com. It has an amazing collection of home plans. I particularly like the southern style homes, but there are a lot of types to choose from.

There are home plans for A-Frames, Bungalows, Cape Cods, Chalets, Colonial style houses, Early American, Farmhouses, Federal/Georgian, Southern homes, Southwestern homes as well as Victorian homes.

Basically, you would have to first understand which style house you plan to get built and then browse through all the plans to select the one for you.

There are New home plans, Free House Plans, Small House Plans, Country House Plans, Southern House Plans, or Luxury Home Plans, basically you can say that the database is huge!!! You should check out http://www.regionalhomeplans.com. They specialize in engineered stock and custom home plans. Quality designs at affordable prices! Very relaible and good at what they do.
