I am the Director of Engineering for a Log Home company located in Pennsylvania. We have been evaluating our current Designs overall, finding that our square foot range begins at 2300 for our base designs as well as our custom designs. In conjunction with our marketing strategies we feel we may be missing a possible niche in the log home market.
