Hello, I am new to this site and happy to find it exists for the user/builder community. I am a owner/builder who has purchased Sarah's 2005 Show House plans and worked with my Architects to adapt the plans to my 50x150 corner lot adding a basement in the process. I am very interested in talking with anyone that is building from Sarah's 2005 Show House plans - especially regarding sources for building materials and choices in trim, flooring, windows styles etc......
