Has anyone used or installed a complete PV solar power system for a cabin or barn? Any first-hand advice would be welcome Smiler
I would like to use such a system in a barn that has a water pump (240/220, 3/4hp, AC) and some kind of heater to keep the pipes, saddles and tools from freezing.
I'm pretty sure I can get a plug & play system, but I'm not very confident on the size. I can ask the dealer what size, but I suspect I would end up with an over-sized system.
Thanks in advance for any help

Hi, There is a company called cititzenre corporation that will intall solar panels on your roof and rent them to you month by month... a great way to go solar without the high upfront cost.

Most states allow 'net metering' that allows you to produce and consume your own electricity.
Check it out at citizenre corporationCharlotte Smiler
