I am interested in knowing what folks think about the Precast Concrete Foundation System offered by Superior Walls of America. I like the fact that it's made in a factory setting and complete with insulation & integral studs. The main concerns I have are 1. their product has not been around for long and 2. I'd worry about the urethane caulk between the panels not holding up over the years and eventually leaking (they offer just 15 years of warranty coverage).

If you have experience with this system, or if you have an opinion about it - please do share it.

Thank you.

I have used the panels on past projects. But have the same reserves that you have. The caulked joint are ugly and get dirty from the dirt and dust from the job-site. I have been asked by client and builber if I were to build a new home would I use them in it. My reply would be no.
