Hello. I have been considering starting a custom home building business for the last five years. I am not an architect but have worked at various architecture firms. I would want to focus on design but obviously need clients who are like-minded. I'm initially looking at financing a spec home myself. If someone can suggest a book that would give me good insight into this business, I'd appreciate it.
