Looking for a Not So Big House or other well designed home in the Madison area. Would prefer homes currently on the market. Does anyone have suggestions? This is my first time to post. I thougt the "Builders" area would be a good place to start. If there is another category(ies) better suited for my request, please let me know. Thanks!
One thing you might try is to contact all of the residential architects in your area and ask them to let you know of any clients who are selling their houses. Sarah's firm used to hold an open house every time one of their clients' houses went on the market, and invite everyone they could think of. This was not only a great way to sell the actual house, but also a way to let people experience firsthand what an architecturally designed house feels like.
