Does anyone have any idea what a good average cost per linear foot for both paint grade and stain grade built ins. I have called around and gotten all kinds of numbers.

Michael,

It really varies depending on the level of quality of materials and craftsmanship, so there is no standard to go by. The thing to use as a standard is what you like the look of.

Hope this is helpful.

Judy, Just found your interest in the 2004 show house that you were thinking about building on Signal Mountain. Did you find any info? We are going to build in Boston Branch and are looking for possible plans. We love this design but are in the same boat you seem to be in. Please let me know if you found out any info.
