Were looking for anyone who has built a Maple Forest Cottage in Montana to share their experiences, contractors, etc.

Were considering a combination of insulated concrete form (ICF) basement, SIP walls and truss roof w/foam. Has anyone used any of these systems to build the MFC?

The builder i represent has not built the maple forest cottage but he has experience with these different type of systems and has also built ross chapin homes which are talked about in the no so big house books.
