My jewel box house needs a dining room! I've had kitchen planners, contractors and architects over and there is not way to make the kitchen more functional without adding on. In many of the NSBH books, I've seem beautiful mud rooms that are either all or mostly glass.
Can anyone offer any advice on using a custom-prefab sunroom as my addition?
Back of the house faces west but I have large trees that shade it in the afternoon. I have a beautiful backyard that is only accessable through the garage with no windows looking out either. Adding a sunroom/dining room of 8' by 20' would provide me with a mud room and a dining area.
Suggestions? Ideas? Help!

Thanks!

Michele
