I'm 1/2 way thru construction on L'Eaubelle. Has anyone else built it?

Well - roof is up. Waiting on shingles and windows. Lot's of little things to watch out for in the plans that are not "quite right."

I forgot this plan was built in 1995. Didn't think about the media center before the windows were ordered. Now it's a question of "Where does that not so big HDTV go?"

Gutters - do Minnesota houses not have gutters?

Where are you building? Do you have an estimate of cost per square foot? I am just trying to ballpark what it would cost me to build L'Eaubelle.

Thanks...can you give me an idea of the cost of an average home in your market? I really appreciate the help. Just trying to get an idea of total cost before I get too excited about anything.

I'm building in the east in the "boonies." They don't deal in square footage in this 1/2 of the state so there is no readily available data to compare to. I'm on the high end for my area, cause I tried to use green products and be energy efficient where I could - expensive windows, geothermal… I had hoped to be about 100/sqft. Hah.
