Where is this place, how much are you asking, and how expensive is it to heat/cool?

There is a whole town built of timber framed houses in DC built in the 70's. There's a company set up for DC Tours that showcase this Arlington community.

There's actually some new Washington DC Toursthat I've found which showcase timber homes. I didn't realize that Washington D.C. had such an extensive community of these gorgeous houses. Try googling for some of these great tours.
