Does anyone REALLY want a "not so big" home anymore? We have lived in our 1450 sq ft bi-level for 27 yrs and are ready to move on...it is on 1/4 acre 25 miles south of Wash DC. We have not done any goofy updates, it is a blank slate, with a country porch and deck, office in home! It is the cheapest MLS listed single family home in our 22193 zip-code because we don't have central air. Definitely a simple living adventure! We raised three kids here.
