What would you call the exterior style of the Branford, CT house (pg 9, Creating the Not So Big House). It seems to incorporate Cape Cod features, but it surely isn't a pure Cape.

There really isn't a name for this house, as it's an original that sprung out of the remodel of a summer cottage. Sarah talks more about this in the first chapter of Home By Design, where she says that the particular style of a house doesn't necessarily have to determine its character.
